That's a dangerous answer Marshal. Honestly, I always went with 48 hours for primary. The reality is that people would probably view a hit as a hit and not a retal after a certain point. I know I would consider something like 96 hours as a new hit and not a retal.

As for express, time becomes irrelevant for the most part. Personally, in this case any hit for a hit is a retal - due to the limited time scope of the set.

As for tournament, I barely played that in the past. I would say between 24-48 hours due to the length of the set. But that's just me. Not sure what others might think.

Bug has a point. Assuming it would need to be adjusted, would also depend on the player. So, if a player wants only to buy up to 150% in relation to the current land he has, OR if his land increases and he would expect to buy more tech to compensate the land increase. All that adds more coding, unless qzjul decides on a clear cut idea...

I know that for food there is a penalty that is applied, however. A pretty damn big one too. I assume the decay for food is quite big. Not sure, as I barely play farmer.

People are getting older... the average gamer is in his/her early thirties. Meaning more responsibilities, birth of their children etc., etc., etc. In the end, less time to play.

:/ There are more war countries that restart than suiciders. Starting a brand new country when you die in war is pretty disheartening. So, even if there is one suicider out there, what's more important? A berserker out there, or less players restarting in war? An easy question, and an easy answer in my opinion. Now, how do you get less suiciders? Tricky answer that one.

You know when you "create" missiles? The messages are always green.

I was running some spyops, and for whatever reason, the missile creation message was the same colour as the rest of the text. It should have been green though, not grey.

Commie indus is clearly useful in the beginning of the set as VicRattlehead said. I mean, if you need a powerful retaller before other countries develop, commie indus are great for that. Aside from that, they are so damn hard to develop from the get go. Unless you take the time to properly run it.

As for Duke Nukem itself, they have it on Steam lol. I got it free with buying Shadow Warrior (the original one for DOS). Haven't played either yet though. No time, as I'm playing Rome II for now.

@Marshal. Thanks. I run a x32 machine, and of course to run the games, I use DosBox. I was curious to know concerning the DOS games, as I read a FAQ on a site which I have not used before. Usually I use Abandonia or Abandonia Reloaded. I was looking for a game which neither of those sites (which being run by the same people) did not have, so I checked out "myabandonware".

@GHD, lol, like Marshal said. I use DosBox, which is potentially the most well known DOS run program. I trust it more than any DOS program that could exist, and every single abandonware website recommends that program. I've been running DOS games for a decade or so. DosBox is awesome :)

I assume you mean 10-11 GT. Do you notice other websites doing the same? Like youtube for example. If so, it could be your provider slowing it down :/
