it wasn't much of a FS, and its obvious you coulda done much better. However, a lot of the 1 man tags go on the honor system--if they say they are netting and it looks like that--generally they won't get killed. It sets a bad precedent for you to be doing this.

Yes, that's the full list of changes; however, for Land Trading building costs and ghost acre reduction are the most pertinent. For the most part the rest of the changes affect LT and All-x the same.

I'd like to thank the peeps that joined in this war. I had a fun time playing and warring next to guys I haven't had to pleasure of warring with before---only against. I'd like to personally thank CC for sparring two members of their tag to play with us.

The war stats speak for themselves. Pele's countries and his walling made all the difference in the war. Special shout out to him.

On my side of things, Raging Budda is a stud and the steal of the draft. The dude knows how to war and i've had fun waking up at 4am walling and seeing him trying to fall back asleep after he walled. Smegma was great hitting with as well. Was interesting fighting with him this set versus fighting against him last. :)

Heya Hammer -- for the most part, if you create a 1 man tag and state your intentions, you'll be left alone. With your restart numbers, it may have seemed (although not really now with the restart changes if they looked at your country rank changes) at first glance that you were a suicider who restarted.

The US govt has always in some form or another asked the race question in the census. The census is used to get a count of how many people live where, and is used to determine how many representatives to the house of representatives that each state has. I would suppose that the biggest reason for including race in the first Census, was to differential between free persons/indentured servants and everyone else (not including "Indians").

The reason its still relevant today, has mostly to do with legislative requirements in various acts (civil rights acts, voting rights acts, etc) for racial and ethnic data to be collected. Insofar as that data being used to direct money, I am not aware of that being the case---except for in the cases where they implement outreach programs and advertising, etc.

log in at 0:01 game time first day, and log in 0:01 game time 2nd day and you'll get the bonus i believe.

Perhaps something like:

During the window between old reset, new reset--countries created are sent into a "queue". Players create new countries, but no numbers are assigned to them yet. Once the set begins countries created are sequential; and the countries in the queue could be randomized order and assigned numbers.

I believe the issue is that he's just not using the mobile site. When playing on http://www.earthempires instead of m.earthempires the issues he's having will appear. While visiting http://www.earthempires.com on a mobile device will show a link for the mobile version, perhaps it would be best to actually display the mobile site automatically?

I agree Twain. Once y'all started hitting back, I was worried for a couple days that the momentum was shifting in your favor. We had 1 really good kill run a few days later and knocked out some of your top dogs and the momentum shifted back.

As for the NW changes, we don't have that--but it is something worth lookin' into.
