Either works just as well. I would choose doing something like C R O A T I A does. He runs his country, does it well, retals what he can and uses the same country name set after set. I suppose it doesn't hurt that many people know who he is--but that also comes with using the same country name.

@arthog: It is space between the objects that is stretching.

In game alliances are not allowed. That means getting a buddy of yours to help you kill/maim someone is not allowed.

If yoou don't feel like buying a net, take some fishing line and make a mesh out of that. It's not very noticeable and cheap. You can also try moth balls.

It doesn't matter what ladder in tourney you are in; the items placed on the market are available between all of the ladders.

Well according to the courts it does matter why there were there.

Also, you are able to arrest someone without charging them with a crime in America. Police have 72 hours to have you brought before a magistrate and have the charges read to you.

"The debate over dancing at memorials began in 2008, after 18 members of a flash mob were arrested for holding a silent dance in the memorial to commemorate Jefferson’s 265th birthday. The dancers were asked by police to leave, and when they refused, they were handcuffed. One of the dancers sued the Park Police on First Amendment grounds but lost. The case was appealed, and in May, the U.S. Court of Appeals ruled that such dancing is forbidden, “because it stands out as a type of performance, creating its own center of attention and distracting from the atmosphere of solemn commemoration.”"

Now Vic, perhaps you did not know this--but the people who set up there with the intent to dance obviously did know about the court case. They were there to create a scene.

(aside from the double negative) People complain about it being illegal to use because it criminalizes an activity that they enjoy. There are many things in society that people have no need to use that are legal. Carbonated beverages (Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Beer) have zero reason to be consumed, yet they are legal. I would contend that Soda is a greater threat to the public welfare than marijuana.

The bottom line is that criminalization of an activity only increases crime rates and places a heavy burden on the judicial system, while it reduces legitimate economic opportunities.
