Unlike military, spies don't have a readiness, but there is a DR factor to the target country based on spy atks. Why not add in spy readiness (to include a spy vs spy assassination which could lower a target countries spy readiness)
Arrow stopped basically playing EVE too, we play a couple random games (world of tanks, boats, CS GO, etc...) but for the most part Arrow is down to a small group of peeps
