Unless I am reading it wrong you are incorrect there. If the country that was initially hit takes a retal then the tag is not an issue and this has always been the case. However if another country from the tag retals for a hit on an untagged country then that is cause for dispute.

Retal windows and policies are another issue altogether.

You do not listen very well do you lol. Yes maybe an untagged has right to do a retal. However they did not take a retal as untag. They joined a clan than tried to take a retal, when in fact there was no retal due to that clan. That was in fact a LG and Evo had every right to make appropriate retal on Stones for that LG.

If that country had wanted to attempt a retal, it should have been done prior to switching tags. This is only partly why Stones suck, they dont even understand the basics.

That country DID take a retal. Evo DID RoR on that retal. That is NOT what is being questioned.

Stones LGed Evo ON TOP of the retal the untagged made. When Evo took the retal for the Stones hit, Stones RoR'ed as well, then killed the Evo country. THAT is what is being questioned. This is ALL of the landgrabs. I went back THREE DAYS BEFORE the untagged joined Stones. There is no arguing the cold hard facts. Stones made a mistake. End of story.
