Allow me to quote a smart mans set of suggestions

Reduced attack effectiveness for smaller countries as mentioned earlier

There are many more ideas better then clan GDI as proposed currently, I'm sure the community can add to my quick/short list

On this server there are hundreds of countries to hit that wont hit back, but you choose to hit one that will. That would probably make me mad if I was untagged intentionally

Stop allowing attacks from one tag to another.
Declare elders best of all time
Create a digital shrine of Derrick

I agree that a multi/spam tag would be a way around it but can't imagine it happening often enough to be a real issue. Even if it were to become one, maybe one time mod approval for new tags to verify its a real alliance?

Just trying to preserve alliance server for what it is and not only cater changes to existing players

The change to restart bonus should again apply to untagged/small tags. For new players who join a clan and get advice/guidance on their country only to have it killed and start from 0 this will probably push them out.

In my opinion staff shouldn't even be publicly identifiable. There should be an alias account which admins/devs post from to remain anonymous (i.e. EE Developer Team) to reduce the perception of bias

Disable special attacks and harmful ops for until you are in a tag of 3 or 5. If it looks like multies or suiciders joined together the server (all of us) should police these unknown tags/countries.
