Can anyone see a good reason why #14 would suddenly decide to put #100 massively in to DR? Are they working together? The same person? #14 hasn't even bothered retalling any attacks and they suddenly go crazy for no reason on #100

Unfortunately I ran in to a bit of grief from an all jetter and, inexplicably I'd hit #94 early set by mistake, I think, so was waiting for the retal which was over 2k when it came...

I don't bother trawling the news, all I know is I pick up very few hits, last set I didn't get a single hit all set and I was top ten from the start to the end so if these colluding players are hitting people to keep them out of the top ten then they are not doing a thorough job of it.

Bad luck but it's just three grabs, you can either take it back off him or suck it up and farm it off bots. Someone lists it for less, someone else has to sell theirs for less to shift it. Units are getting returned unsold unless listed at rock bottom prices at the moment and even these jets at sub $90 and turrets at sub $100 are hardly flying off the sheleves. So I guess it does come down to supply and demand if there's another explanation I'd love to hear it.

Using a bunch of turns and jetting up is different a decent oiler doesn't need to waste turns as they already have the oil. Not saying that's the only strat that can do this, the point I was making is that a lot / most players don't factor in the target's oil like they would the target's jets and other factors when they grab

In fact I've just done an 'oil retal' on someone who was probably 15 places above me (less now I've jetted up).

Guess they saw a fat country ripe for the taking but that fat country is full of rigs making $3 to $4 million worth of oil a turn so watch out grabbing an oiler! 😉

Fascist Oiler is great for retals in express, they never look at how many millions of barrels you have so you can just dump a load on the market or even on the private market, if you're in a hurry, buy a few hundred thousand jets and instant retal almost anyone.

Whoever put that $50 oil order - I can sell oil for $60 on the private market - put in a realistic order and you might get some. Unless they are hoping a bot puts some cheap oil on but as far as I know they don't do this - they only sell military cheap?
