How can you determine if it is a topfeed or not when you dont know the NW and Land of both countries before the first attack?

If the inability of the defender to make a proper retal turns a midfeed into a topfeed, then whats the point of grabbing?

Having 5 pop is exactly the same as having 1 because it gets round down.

I`m saying you dont need anyone to GS you (and that person would probably do two GS by "mistake" anyway)

Maximum Population = 12*Land * (1 - 0.95*TaxRate) * (1 + 2*Res/Land) * ResTech%

Land = 1
Tax = 0.7
Res/Land = 0
ResTech% = 1

Maximum Population = 12*1 * (1 - 0.95*0.7) * (1 + 2*0) *
1 = 12 * (1 - 0.665) *1 = 12 * 0.335 = 4.02 < 6
=> Your pop gives 0 NW
=> You only get NW from land which is 45 nw

Maybe you didnt set the tax to max?

Fasc gets -15% pop, it helps.

edit: 5 pop wont give NW, 6 pop *0.85 = 5.1 = 5
