Three resets ago LaF FA'd their guy that was 11th over top of our guy (Wari) that was 10th, knocking him out of the top 10.

Two resets ago LaF FA'd their guy that was 2nd over top of Evo's guy that was 1st.

Last reset a handful of players that were not going to finish well decided to aid Wari to help with his finish and give LaF a taste of their own medicine.

Had Wari finished 1st I wouldn't have considered it a completely legitimate finish just as I didn't consider LaF's 2 FA'd finishes to be legit either. I actually thought Goku and bakku would have beaten him legitimately anyway. I also expected LaF to FA their guys over top of him if he was going to take 1st and that would have been fine.

However LaF choose to send missiles and harmful spy ops at him to drop him down a rank. By all definitions that should have been considered an act of war and it was completely unnecessary (as I stated in my post about it). Had LaF's aggression stopped there we could have even moved past that.

PDM has had LaF set to a one-way DNH for the past 3 resets. We felt there was no need to grab LaF. I would guess there may have been 5 grabs initiated by PDM in the past 3 resets with most if not all of them being arranged trades.

So before anyone from LaF says that grabbing/trading with PDM screwed up their country, I will point out that we did NOT grab you, you grabbed us and we retalled. If you didn't want to trade with PDM all you had to do was avoid hitting us. Any "screwing up" PDM did of your countries was your own fault.

Last reset PDM turned down a grabbing pact with LaF because we didn't trust LaF's leadership to honor any pact. We set you to a one-way DNH and simply retalled your hits against us. Other than 2 RoR hits and h2orich's shenanigans we didn't really have any issues with LaF.

PDM had some issues with RD last reset and RD decided to implement a 3:1 DNH with us which we had no real issues with. RD felt that them cutting us off wasn't enough so they went to Eugene and convinced him to do the same.

Contrary to what your leaders may have told you, PDM didn't ask for a DNH with LaF last reset, LaF signed a DNH with us because they wanted it at the behest of RD.

Even after the missile issue from last reset we were willing to sign a DNH with LaF this reset to avoid any conflicts and allow us to net. After being given the cold shoulder and being directed to speak with Eugene directly I ask Eugene if he would want to sign a DNH. His response was "We could give you a pact but we would just end up farming you and outrunning the retals anyway so it would just be a fake pact and I don't like fake pacts".

PDM has no real issues with LaF nor do we have any issues with most of your members. However LaF's missiling of our country at the end of last reset and Eugene's statement that LaF would be farming us this reset leaves us no option other than to declare war against LaF.

Whether or not LaF's members want a war this reset, Eugene's attitude towards us has brought war to you. I do assume you we planning on warring anyway.

And yes, PDM just did another AB FS against an alliance roughly 140% of our size. Let the trolling begin.

SOL smashed a Netting Laf with a huge member disadvantage a few years back... I think it was like 44 v 80ish in that one.

Goes to show how much of an advantage a war prepped country has though :P

It was no secret LaF was war prepping and planning on hitting us. He we let you guys finish conversions and get the FS we would have been tag killed within what? 3 days?

If we can keep LaF out of the top 10 this reset we'll have held our own.

Hey, I remember a long time ago that that LaF land was most tasty.

Back before you could kill a county with troops and jets, you had to kill them by taking all their land. :)

I was in a war with an alliance run by Zardoz and Lord Slert, I was almost out of land when I looked in my scores list and lo and behold what's there? A FAT LaF'er with no defenses. :)

Needless to say, I hit him with a 2 Jet PS and took almost 4000 acres off him. Later I find out it was Don Blubb.

He retaliated of course, not checking the news to see that I was way into DRs, and managed to get back 25 acres. LOL

Then he tried using missiles which failed because my SDI was at max. It was indeed tasty land, the Wolf's Lair Alliance just couldn't get me dead after that. :)
