Alpha Server access gifted for the next 48h

Hi all...

In the spirit of testing, I've decided to give alpha access to anybody who tests on http://qz.earthempires.com in the next 48 hours.

The alpha access will continue until we build a new user system in a few months.

So test now and get fancy alpha server access and all the turns you can burn! :)

I should add that THIS IS CONNECTED TO THE LIVE DB, meaning if you mess with your country on here it is permanent. There could be bugs, but I've been playing on it for like two months now, so should be good.

Go to the magic market. Buy turns. Continue killing. I didn't know that thing existed until my 2nd country, which is why I spent 12000 turns netting. Btw wtf is up with this:

what is this?

i haven't logged in yet but...
how is this connected to the real DB?
what is meant by:

right now i only have an alliance country going. how could this possibly effect my alliance country?

Vic, you can login to your real alliance country from qz.earthempires.com. If you do so, anything you do is LIVE.

ah xin i just realized there is a separate 'alpha' game with all the free turns.

for a second i nearly fainted at the thought of some people getting free turns to destroy everyone else in alliance.

heh well all the basics have been tested; i just need to wring out the more obscure ones; like i apparently still have to fix the save/unsave button for saved ops in spying....
