I'm having a hard time grasping why to keep you on War dnh when you're repeatedly two stepping untagged countries hitting us.

That's why, Arsenal.

MD is always at war, but MD is never at war.

Untagged/smaller alliances hit other countries. All countries seek to get more land. It's unfortunate that countries are taking land from one alliance and then losing it to others. Calling it two stepping implies a hostile and malicious intent. For MD's part, this is not the case.

MD in no way supports or encourages other countries to land grab countries in any other alliance. We do support and encourage our members having stronger countries.

If MD countries weren't grabbing the land from those untagged countries, some other alliance would be.

I suggest that the frequency and promptness of MD countries grabbing the untagged countries immediately after their topfeeds suggests otherwise. I suggest that this post would be addressed to any alliance making two steps like this, especially while at war.
In any case, since you're grabbing non-imag targets, you don't seem to be at war and no longer need a war dnh or police action. My original question is answered.

I'd suggest you look at the hits also made by other alliances on those untagged countries.

I'd also suggest you review the hits made by those same countries on other alliances and the hits on those untagged countries by other alliances afterwards.

The evidence shows those who monitor news will hit targets that come out of DR, regardless of which alliance that country has hit.

This isn't a targetted, malicious or hostile act against any alliance losing land. Nor is MD the only alliance which is hitting the countries which are hitting KSF.

If we were really doing this maliciously, we'd be able to do a lot better than nibble at your two lowest countries and then bottomfeed a couple hundred acres...

We're really not doing this maliciously. It's just that Evo dead so somebody has to take up the job of camping for DR.

And we're still at war (check the news) although we never had police.

Repeatedly farming countries within 1-3minutes of them hitting my members denies us the chance to get our land back. This wasn't acceptable when I last seriously played years ago, and I have no reason to smile about it now. I realize this is turning into more of an FA discussion than I'd like to conduct on AT. Final post.

Unfortunately things have changed and this is the reality now. Jax is right. If it wasn't MD, it would have been Sanct (and it was on certain occasions) or Rage or ICN or somebody else.

I think the issue isn't so much the 2 stepping, but the fact that he was asking if you were at war. If so, there shouldn't be any reason for you to be landgrabbing. You should be hitting the alliance you are warring.

If you are at war, and hitting untaggeds, it's obvious that the war you are in is over, and you can be removed from a DNH status.

EDIT: Based on their news, they could be removed from war DNH. They are just farming people. I didn't see any special attacks with the 4 countries I looked at.

our members are still getting attacked. it's just that most of Imag is below our range. war is always the status until a CF is reached.

the question of when a war DNH should be lifted is an interesting one. i was always under the assumption that a war DNH applies until an official ceasefire. we are still clearly in a hostile state. just because our hits are LGs and we're not killing anymore because countries are too small doesn't mean we're not at war anymore.

and it's not like we're using our war DNH status to LG other alliances.

Point 1: Farming after an untag grabs. You're lucky you had 1-3 minutes to retal the hit and get back any land. If the wars happening right now weren't taking place, another clan would have gobbled it up much quicker. But if you are interested in trying to enforce something like this---talk with Ivan.

Point 2: If MD is grabbing like that, then a War DNH is not needed. It doesn't matter if MD isn't grabbing other alliances, you're grabbing outside of war--thus you can afford to retal.

thomas is no longer in ksf Arsenal. and yes we ksf hit #30 when she either detagged or was kicked from tag..i was the one of the 2 who hit her.. she was untagged.. and i was retaled i knew the consquences.
