yup, you're right! 6.4bil. i thought i had gone all the way back when there wasn't any "prev set" but guess not. it happened in 2010 and he had 90mil acres!

is this why in a lot of the strats they start with a tax rate of 80 or something for one turn and then a different tax rate for another turn. to increase max pop resulting in more money to build more land faster?

oh and only reason i got those techs was because since i had to buy up military, i was starting to go in the negative :P and i did not want to build residential and zones so i thought the tech would be better :P and woila!!! it is!!!
