If your stock is truly your concern, it might help to know that you can recall food daily and put it back out on market so that it effectively never sits in your countries.

hmm, i guess that can work.. i have recalled stuff before and it will produce food when those three turns are taken so i don't lose anything...

CP quickest way to do it is goto one and recall

then in the address bar just increase the number value and it will load next country on the same page, however any countries that have died will retain their number and the restarts will start from 17 and up so it will bring you to the create a country page if that country is dead, just remember which numbers are valid.
