Oil prices are extremely volatile. As you can see. why people dont just undersell the market by 5 or 10 dollars if they want their oil to sell beats me. it happens every set. To be a oiler takes patience, lots of it. All i can say is who ever is playing oiler probly has lots of cash on hand and should have been reselling that cheap oil.

im right their with you oil is very tricky buying oil to raise the price is risky it only works when other players are willing to sell their oil the higher price. far to often someone will put a huge slug of oil on the market for a far to low price oil moves slow on the market.

really latc? i have played oiler for most of my last year or twos sets and i find that oil is very supply and demand driven. take last set their where great oil prices. I was playing oiler i found a few countries like every set that are making their own oil or a couple that make a surplus and sell every few days of those days the prices did go down. I was at war most of the set so i was using some of my own oil and i was half the land size i usually am. driving supply and demand.

Its to early to tell what the market will do. I how it stays like this thought!

Max out all your tech buy tuns and tuns of troops then finish in top 10
