in my opinion on primary you should have a set period of time to make a retail if you cant do it. Then the aggressor gets away scott free. But this is a war game and retails and GDI will a lot for the whole set to be taken.
Always carry a fluff load of turrets and full allis and hope for the best.
What your not understanding is if you are 1M net worth you can attack a 500K country then they can retail you. That is clear. If you jump to 1.5M that 500K country cant hit you at all unless they also jump.
If you are that same 1M country you can attack a non GID country that is 250K nw and they cant retail at all GID protects you unless you double tap ever then all bets are off.
Say I PS once a country at the bottom of my GDI range then I jump a couple hundred thousand in NW and that country isn't able to be half my NW. Can that country retail or did I not break GDI with 2 or more attacks.
i think as long as bots don't try to keep the maket to low I mean with all sale items it always sucks when your playing any strat and your selling something at the going rate for my example oil your selling at 100 when the market is at 118 so you are pretty sure that your oil will be the next oil on the market so you can play your turns then BAM someone sells at 85? maybe to try to keep the market lower who knows but we or atleast I don't what a bot dumping a huge quantity of anything at a much lower price making you either wait it our or recall your goods and sell again in anther 4-6 hours.
I understand this is a game so when a real person undersells the market or dose a buy out witch doesn't happen on solo servers. Its is game play but when I bot dose it then that is a computer trying to control the free market.
still no offers for a tech leach. I played techer in the earth 2025 days a few times it was great with tech and offence allies you could land grab anyone!
Rock attacks other countries then bots. He land grabs me every set. then like said many times in this thread I wait for dr to go away if any stock up a fluff load of jets and get double my land back.
I know when I used to play in a clan we had a certain amount of time to make a retail otherwise it was free land. In primary, turny, and express is this their unwritten rule also or do you have any amount of time to claim retails and its up to the two countries to duke it out as this is war game?

looking though earth empire stats at eestats.com this set is quite out of the norm with the bushel prices and demand up so high. where are all of the farmers? stocking for a huge jump?
