enshula that is probably the best statement ive heard in regards to this radiation thing. your right, it doesnt matter how large or small the dosage is that you get. Its always a gamble.

I saw that chart today in the news paper. I knew many things around us everyday gave off radiation but it really puts it into perspective.

It wouldn't surprise me that iodine pills skyrocketed, its the good ole supply and demand. I heard though, and this is coming from the Canadian health board that we ingest enough iodine in regular everyday foods that adding to it with the pills may actually cause more harm than good. But with that being said i don't believe that the radiation will be strong enough when it reaches me anyway so IMO its the damn news that's blowing everything out of proportion again and will eventually cause pandemonium.

I use to do lots of active type things lol. I was in martial arts for 8 years before i started drinking and got lazy. Now i dont drink but have kids to take care of and a busy job to deal with.

Would love to be more active again. Maybe when the spring rolls around.

The name Andy Sullivan looks very familiar. I cant remember which alliance i saw that name it but it was quite a few years ago now. I remember it because people in the alliance were trying to find each other on Facebook and Andy Sullivan was one of the people. So from what i remember this could be an actual earther. Sadly

Ok...

First of all i have to say is yes, this community is extremely strong and self sufficient. When the earth2025 was coming to an end the individuals who were long time players since young teenagers stayed together and continued to play the game on the clone version. This alone should help in a long standoff with media and critics alike trying to associate this game with the reason a person who went on a killing spree.

The majority of the players are no longer mid-late teens who get "pissy" when something is said and now actually take the time to review, understand and put together a reasonable response.

As for the media.. There job is to create ways to bring in viewers, and if that means taking comments like someone should become a stripper and twisting it to bring in ratings then thats what they are going to do.

Personally i believe this community has done wonderful things for many different people across the world. There were times when even myself was having hard times emotionally and people were there to help me through it. Even to this day I still talk to and visit other eathers and they have become long standing friends who are still there to help when needed.

So i guess to finish the rambling i just have to say to stay strong and try your best to not let the media paint this game with blood.

The amount of safelisted people should not be a guage of how "dirty" you are. I believe the admins have done a remarkable job on keepin the cheating to an absolute minimum.

I am no cheater and i was deleted because the mobile internet company i use has the same IP for all their aircards and apparently another earther is using one aswell.

I think if you want to find if an alliance has cheaters, join the alliance work your way up the ranks and find out for yourself. IN the meantime shut the hell up and play the game. If you have nothing better to do than accuse people or alliances of cheating maybe you need a more thrilling job.

Not me, i just dance on the stage and get dollar bills from all you sick buggers that wanna see me strip....
