Viceroy I learned the appeal process doesn't get looked at and the only way to get action is to message the moderator directly. Unfortunately by the time I realized this the set was over and I got screwed into restarted in game B

So follow up I sent another email and have yet to get any response other than automated. Still awaiting some sort of response from a mod as to the reasoning. I don't care if this is weeks old topic no reply is unnacceptable when you have an appeal process/mods in place

Just joining the convo but I was #77 BYOB. I made a point this past set of retalling all hits and with the exception of Shady and one other country I got everyone. Early set I was all turret and only started buying up jets midway when I started to retal. Cable I did get my most lopsided jet:turret ratio right before I attacked you at 4mil jets:2.5mil turrets but this was temporary and any other time I was even or had more turrets. The retal against you was nothing personnel but I wasn`t quite in position to hit my other retals without going all jetter and when I saw you had 1Bil banked it was a no brainer imo.

I didn't expect to get an answer here from a mod but still kinda miffed that no email or message has been recieved with regard to my appeal

^Why the guy that launched all the AB's got off the hook meanwhile I tried to fight back against his recklessness and found myself purpled with no response officially as to why

^Umm #34 hit me with over 30AB's following a single land grab by me nuke time. Seemed completely justified yet I get deleted.... Also I followed the written procedure of using this forum and my email yet never got any reply except for this thread with non of this is official.

Still awaiting resolution... Seems pretty clearcut given the attacks on me #22 by #34 earlier. When I do reinstated will I lose all the turns for the time I was deleted?

Idk who Bibigon is saw that he attacked you but that was not my problem. This was all started when you felt a retal to a single land grab was to send an infinite amount of AB's as retal....

So I got deleted for rules violations and attempted to appeal since it was clearly a mistake yet now the appeal choice is gone and I have not been reinstated. Furthermore I checked my email and have had no response there either. I initiated in a war with someone after he hit me for 30plus AB's and since the guy was also being attacked by someone else I get deleted immediately for collusion...
