While it would be preferable if everyone just played solo servers for top ranks and fought organic wars when they popped up(burying the hatchet at the end of every round) we are so far removed from that state right now. Asking ONLY Blackhole to change how he plays is a bit hypocritical.
Blackhole came into a game that had gotten rid of sanctions and quickly learned by the things done to him and his group what is fair play. That is regrettable, imo.

I think primary shouldn't have tech allies because techers have no chance as it is, other than that it's perfect. I suppose you could just remove def allies and add a 50% defense bonus on all countries? But it would vastly dumb down the game as spying/predicting def allies strength is a big part of grabbing here.

-Yes, that is exactly what I am saying. Tech starts and techers will be slightly stronger if tech allies were removed since it would lead to less tech in the game, which leads to higher tech prices, and a harder time for cashers/indies/farmers to get their techs up.

Allies are a barrier to entry imo. Because you can't compete without them, so if I been away from the game for a year and just wanna test it, if I get farmed to oblivion I just quit, but if I can compete on relatively even terms I might get hooked. Thats how it was for me in 2017, I had planned to just fool around 1-2 months in tournament and a few rounds in express, but it was fun because I could compete right away.

Primary without def allies would be fine if you remove the offensive bonus of the PS.

Without def allies and with PS bonus, turrets become pointless for netting since they won't defend you against anyone.

I know some people want this. But the reason primary is interesting to most people is because there is this balance where you have to defend yourself against some, you have to be a reasonable threat to a few others and you have to be able to effectively grab a few others. If you remove def allies you completely remove the ability to stop someone even half decent from breaking you. So you would lose one of the main legs on which the Primary server rests it's justification for being.

You are not in the wrong. If he RoRs you it's his fault because he broke GDI on you. If you do send a message it can easily be interpreted in a bad way either if you send just "retal" or you say something like "Retal for this attack, have a nice reset".

It all depends on the individual. Mostly you can't affect how people act, best is to just assume that they will do the worst thing possible for you and prepare for that. Sometimes you will be positively surprised.

I believe that only happens when you get a tax rebate turn on the last turn of an attack.

So it will also only happen 2/3 of those tax rebate turns on the last turn of attacks because if your tax income is evenly divisible by 3 you get an even number.

Yeah, I might be able to help you a little. If my memory serves me right Mil bases two effects work as follows:

Each 1% mil bases(as percentage of your land) reduce private market prices by 0.25%.
Each 1% mil bases also reduce military expenses 1.3% up to a maximum of 39% expenses reduction.

There's inconsistent rounding at play here and other factors that matter too so it won't be exact all the time.

Rep farmer to tyr farmer could work. But I dont see in which server it would be advantageous to start rep and make the switch.

If you want tyr farmer just go tyr farmer and grab earlier to make use of the attacking bonus.

Tyr cash is really bad. A lot of us have played in for an old express challenge. It's like self mutilation.

I'm not sure theres anything wrong with yours. Generally the text is the same as when there was a logout bonus.

The logout bonus is gone tho, its been gone for about a decade. There is just a login bonus now and that gets people confused.

I'm not sure if I understand what you are describing but it sounds like something that can happen if you are getting one of the bonuses late and the other bonus on time.
You could theoretically get 3 bonus points for the 12 hour bonus then just a few minutes later 3 bonus points for the 18 hour bonus. but if you were logged out another few minutes you would get both bonuses at the same time and get 6 bonus points at the same time.
It's a pretty simple mechanism in its coding(but hard to understand from the text as it wasnt updated when the coding changed), I very much doubt theres ways to manipulate it either deliberatly or not.

What lead to sanctions was repeated rounds of a group targeting individuals on solo servers.
What led to deletions was swapping between different game accounts.
What lead to bans were these things and other worse things, such as various attacks on game staff.

Bushels bought out during glitch(by a couple bots apparently, as per QZs original post):
Mar 15, 19:00 Mar 15, 20:00 $35 $110 $50.56 1,859,658,715

Oil bought out by PLAYERS after the game was back functioning normally:
Mar 15, 21:00 Mar 15, 22:00 $125 $298 $204.11 60,186,774

So all in all what happened was 1860m bushels were deleted from the market but their owners got the money for them (the bots buying them didn't get the food), same thing happened to some tech items.

Those players who sold that food/tech logged in with a lot of cash, and probably had to stock oil, so they did. I have been warring all round and I bought 2m of that oil... so imagine what a netting techer or farmer could buy at this stage.

12b was spent on oil in total, not at $500, the average price was just over $200

As i've explained 12b is nothing in the grand scheme of things... if a couple players log in to their tech/food sold, and food/tech is way too high to consider purchasing but stocking needs to be done then those players will most certainly buy oil.

12b worth is nothing at this stage, I'm surprised the market is even that thin.

Grasping at straws here but what could have happened is this:

Normally the bots play like 15-40 turns at a time and spend cash spread out over the day. Players sell them food, tech military that sells over the course of the day. Then those players might sometimes stock a little of that cash as bushels/oil and they will buy it and put it on market.

So when the casher bots farmer bots and indy bots all came on to play at once it created a buyout of sorts of the tech market, and the military market, plus a bunch of food was bought at the same time. The food purchases of the bots are NOT close to what we saw here(unless the code switched to the express code again), and the bots don't buy oil at all.
Every player who started comming in had more cash than they usually had, because everything that normally sells over a day sold all at once. Now those players have to buy food and oil to sell to the market, and once they did the market was bought out.

Casher and farmer bots normally spend 500-800m cash on techs and military at this time of the round multiply that by 100 and add the indy bots and assume we dont have all daily turns its still probably ~50B cash spent at once at by the bots. then players have to stock that. The bots alone explain fully the tech market and most of the stuff on the military market. But then those players who sold that 50B cash worth of tech/military will want to stock at this stage, depending who it is.

Again, I'm not sure this is actually what happened but it's my best theory.

Tl;DR - Everything sold at once and players stocking that cash as bushels/oil at once.

Now if we inadvertently switched to express bot code again... as was the case back a couple months ago after a game outage, then all these bushels could have easily been bought by bots alone, and then theres really nothing to explain.
