Ok earth politicking and PR aside:
1. The game mods are probably well aware of what's been going on behind the scenes. It would've been foolish to assume that they just recently found out about all of the shenanigans, so the real question is, why now? Rhetorical question.
2. There are clear conflict of interest issues underlying the game and boxcar. When the developers of the systems are players and leaders in clans, the politics of the game are then muddled wiwh the backend and fabric of the game. Alliance server becomes an environment where fcking with the mods and developers = earth political suicide.
3. How about getting the servers to be more secure and less easily hacked? If not hanlong, probably some other savvy programmer would have been able to get into the systems.
