now add a fix to the maximum price they purchase at by amount of turns played.
more turns = lower maximum

The techer bots need to tech more is one of the biggest issues.

need to lower their land requirement before they tech otherwise they grow more then teching from being farmed.

if you set a price ceiling it will just make them hoard cash when prices are above that which is not beneficial to the game imo.

Just changing the tech price equilibrium that the bots have with no player played countries will balance this. Making techer bots tech slightly more and perhaps making casher, indy and farmer bots spend money a little differently will be enough.

Its a supply and demand problem, so lower bot demand and increase bot supply. :)

when is no tech to buy they buy military units until they reach their DPA goals which they rarely ever do.

Actually, if you do the math most bots are at their DP/A requirements it is just set quite low.

well in FFA its impossible for all-x to stay above avg land since that half a million acres country rises avg land much more than those 100 acres countries drop it. not that its easy on alliance either.
