Can you add in the option to turn tutorials on/off as well so its default for all countries across all servers.

The global settings do not affect current countries, only future ones.

So have you changed this setting in global options and new countries still see tutorial?

can you add a link to a person profile for leaderboards, so when you click their name from forum you can find them instead of hunting through the boards until you find them ...

No. We purposely left game profiles separate from forums as you can have multiple handles.

I think the next step was letting players opt into linking their game profile to one or more of their handles... but I'm not sure if we ever agreed on it
