Only hit countries once. If you feel the need to double tap, you're gonna run the risk of retaliation in any form.
Risk vs Reward... this time it didn't pay off.

A little better target selection next time would go a long way.

They follow a certain naming scheme. Somewhere on the boards QZ posted a page that showed the words used in the name.

Looking at the country makeup helps too. I believe they are never in GDI, and they usually have an odd military breakdown. Unless they changed things, they don't have spies either.

You should probably wait for someone else to chime in, I don't really pay attention enough.

Have you tried talking to them? I usually try diplomacy, just own up to your mistake and see if you can settle things that way.

If not, you have to take a look at their country and decide if you think you can outgrow/defend yourself. It can be tough to do in the express server.

If you enjoy war... that's always an option.
