i don't see why they couldn't have civil war (those old ppls did it sets ago) as long as its not excuse to avoid getting hit by other tags.

Right now I'm working on a program in Java that will tell you almost the exact # of turns to kill a player after you input their population, your population / missiles / MS. It will account for readiness loss as well.

Does the TEST server not have DR on special attacks? In fact, it seems as though DR doesn't affect special attacks at all. Not even on the live servers. Anyone else know?

personally, to my knowledge, I've only experienced DR when grabbing or spying

I know DR doesn't affect spying. It just seems to affect LGs only. I'll look into the networth factor idea - thanks.

I know there's min gains and max gains based on your population relative to theirs (if you're doing GS)... so maybe that's why networth may seem like a factor, but I'll check it on TEST.

used to be 2-4% per hit baseline with the min returns coming ~50% over or under, and max at a perfect match, in networth for both GS and BR. haven't really cared enough in quite some time to see what its like since the networth factor was changed in some way

would some sort of loop be more efficient than putting in an option for everything between 100 and 144, or is view source just being mean?

for the honesty part I actually know very little about coding other than generally how to google and change to my needs (usually variable names and values). mostly the occasional perl script for IRC, but I enjoy peeking :)
