wonder if they'll let us talk about a rewards incentive for dialing 911 in the event of an accident. see, my brother has a freind who fell off if a roof just like Humpty Dumpty, however in his case they could put him back together again. at the tune of $2.6 million. i kinda think that the person who dialed 911 should get a 5-10% reward for their heroism during a moment of crisis.
