Many people took issue, I think NA people suicided a bunch of ppl and then qz removed it. I still think it was a good addition in general that should have been tweaked rather than just turned off.
Creating that feature was the impetus for me to rebuild the war page a few years ago.
The other thing I wanted to do that no one else supports is turn the # of turns down from 120 (120) to 80(80) for this server.
no, the problem is you admins keep puting blanket changes across all servers. people on FFA want to keep running their turns fast. you do things to fix alliance server, and apply them to FFA for fluffs and giggles, and it is ruining that server.
no admins care about FFA, so the players have to stand up for themselves. llaar suicided the entire FFA server when the rules were put into place on a server that never asked for the change,
