Cashers with 0 troops are good targets when douches farm you to fluffs, also takes them a bit of turns to recover, I'm having fun anyway :-)

If you kill enough civs, production rates suffer quite severely.

One country doing GSs on two countries even with full turns isn't going to hurt production very much.

I got SRed like 30 times and was done getting my population after like 5 attacks.

Cashers aren't really producing anything but cash so Barring near death it isn't a problem.

Let him do his GSes. You don't really need to be giving him suiciding advice =p

OK, kool, ask 506 what his country looks like now, from 119k to 34k population, from 107k bushel per turn net to 34k, lost 10s of millions cash and tech.
