Let's put it this way: There aren't really any new tricks in netgainers' playbooks now compared to 14-16 years ago, but we're much more efficient at all the old tricks because playing with 16 countries instead of hundreds of countries forces us to be.

I don't think anyone is truly claiming that self-farming, market manipulation, or the risk/reward of running as low of defense as you feel you can get away with are new strategies. If they are, they're misinformed.
