if I do make a lunch it's usually either C or D) leftovers from a previous meal prepared in a container to take to work, which I prepared when i ate the food the first time

Occasionally eat out at lunch but try not to very often. Think about it, if you want something other than fast food, its going to cost around $10. May not seem like that much money. Now say I eat out every day, that's $50 a week. If I got paid $10 an hour that would be 5 hours every week I was working just to eat my lunch. Over 10 weeks that is $500 and
50 hours. Which means I will work a little over a week every 10 weeks just to eat lunch. At then end of a year.... 52 weeks, that is almost 6 weeks out of the year that I am working just to eat lunch out.....

Yea my time is worth more than that. So I will carry my lunch

- rarely..do leftovers from dinner count?

C) make your lunch before leaving for work the same day
- if i half-cook the food from (A), i just add other stuff like vegetables & cook it for 5 mins in the morning before leaving for work

I AM USUALLY LAZY AND EITHER TAKE LEFTOVERS OR FROZEN STUFF OR CANNED STUFF LIKE SOUP. ANYTHING I CAN JUST NUKE AND EAT. GENERALLY SPEAKING, OPTION C IS THE WAY I GO THOUGH.

None of the above, I go out to eat or get take-out as several restaurants are nearby... you can't go wrong when you can have Chicken Parmesano for lunch :)

I try to do C...but i find it works better if i just make the sandwich the night before. Usually a sand and some peppers, maybe some fruit snacks in there as well. ALways tasty.

I take it out of the freezer and bring it with me, frozen pre-made meals in a bag, or out of the fridge the day before's left over dinner

But I intentionally plan all dinners at the beginning of the week with the intent of having leftovers for me to take for lunches. I also package snacks of fruits and veggies...I'm a poor excuse for a man

I just go to the refrigerator at lunchtime and see what's available to eat. Usually it's some left overs from the night before, but occasionally it'll be some fruits and/or fresh veggies.

that happends in rare occations for me too, but mainly i eat vegies and fruit for breakfast and lunch
