According to Rage's retal policy listed on wiki:

RORs = hitting a country that has retalled within the last 48 hours, these are retalled 2:1 escalating

#537 retalled #796 at 9/13/13 13:32:39

#796 made a second hit on #537 at 9/15/13 3:19:39

9/13/13 13:32:39 - 9/15/13 3:19:39 == 37 hours 47 minutes

According to Rage's retal policy that would be considered a RoR.

I would be an idiot to keep arguing if I was 100% proven wrong. I assure you, I am not an idiot.

In this case, I didn't see the previous threads, and didn't see Rage's policy.

That being said, I still disagree with killing a country for something like this, and with basically doing FA work on AT. Ask ANYONE that I've ever done FA with in the past, I am a very reasonable guy and try to keep fluff like this from happening. If Danger did this to Evo, we'd be killing them.
