This has been handled already. Medic baited eevess into hitting him, knowing full well he'd farmed Ares for the land, eevess was fool enough to grab him. Countries outside the one who made the hits lost land and stock, and eevess lost his country.

eevess: ford isn't just trying to blame SOTA wrongly. If you continue to play in an alliance when you clearly have the intention of suiciding, then the alliance is usually considered liable.

If you hold the friendships you likely have with your fellow SOTA members in any regard, suiciding from their tag, even if you detag and then hit, is just going to cause problems for Stryke and everyone else.

You're better off simply figuring out a way to make this right with Ares and dropping it.

As far as I know though, ford doesn't usually take in-game action against a person or clan just because he doesn't like them. CC and ford could wipe SOTA off the server if you suicide them and they hold SOTA responsible.
