Over time? I don't think you could argue for anyone other than Laf or Sol for that one at top spot, depending on whether you weight it more for netting, politics, or warring. They have both been around constantly and both been at the top. Everyone else major has taken time off or just not been as good as those two.

you could do an all time rankings for just earth empires, that would be cool to see.

All time? The only answer is RD. Anyone who tries to argue differently is being obtuse or is just naive.

For Earth Empires? RD likely doesn't even make the list.

Either way, the only ranking that matters is that LCN is 11th.

for Earth Empires I can agree. For Earth2025 no fluff but, I want an entire like top 10.

I'll take a stab at it. A very poor stab, my memory just isn't what it used to be.

1) RD - Mr. Pink era, and then again with Mr Camo and Mr Yellow
2) RoCK - BB, Brian era
3) UCN - White Council time period under Klingon
4) HAN -We no retal 4 times. They fought the entire server alone and almost won.
5) LaF -post Grammy
6) SOL - AlMan to Les period
7) TGA - Digtek when they had the 1:Death retal policy, and could enforce it
8) SoF - the Alpha's, Helmet's cult of personality, the Cheater elimination teams they put together, all around. ( Side note: SoF and LCN once came extremely close to merging with Helmet as the leader, but couldn't agree on the name, and talks broke down)
9) EoS/Monks/IX - Same group of players with different alliance names
10) Omega - Very good politically Josie, Mentar.
11) LCN - because Assassin is Sexy.

All time EE ranking? I have no clue, but I'm guessing that LaF is in first with no one even remotely close to catching them.

Uhh what period is that for because it clearly doesnt take into the fact that EE exists. Unless you mean top at any one specific point in time. Also.. someone who relied entirely on cheating should not be put in that. RD is not an option.

To be fair to those dirty disgusting cheatbags in RD, they were heads in every one of those alliances while those alliances were leading the charge.

Anyone who doesn't think the answer is RD is blind and dumb. RD controlled any other alliance worth mentioning for years.

I am ranking alliance as which ones have stood the test of time in this game... Any clan can have its golden years and dominate but, who had the longest domination.

As I said, I can't rank EE, I have no clue? I would say LaF, and a bunch of also rans with LCN at 11th. But I have no frame of reference.

The first post asked for he "Most Powerful Alliance Ever". Simply looking at power, both in game with countries and politically among the other alliances, RD is the only possible answer. The only way to disagree is to be obtuse and naive, without using the facts.

There was no disputing their power and political might in 2025.

As I said above, RD doesn't even make the discussion in EE.

My ranking didn't include EE, as I am not remotely qualified to comment. I said it would be a poor ranking.

Ok seems RD was established as #1... Any discussion on #2 I would think LaF would have to be discussed or SoF...

RD wasn't really an alliance per say for the most part. since it was made up of people from all the different alliances. so I won't include them. the RD tag was more of a flagship than a alliance tag back then. Most Colors didn't even play in the tag.

I won't count longevity in this, nor pull out specific resets, more or less consider it to be when these alliances were at their peak.

1. RoCK
although not as long of a tenure as some, when they were they dominated in every facit of the game and were practically untouchable.

2. LaF
they've dominated for spans from 1998-current.

3. HAN
The HAN wars, as Bricks wrote where pretty much the entire server was fighting one alliance

4.MD
In their hay day they were the alliance on the server. They were also the first alliance to be able to actually be controlled and organized with 200+ members (a number of alliances had those sorts of numbers before, but organization and making those numbers count was a different story)

5.SOF
Once again showed domination over a number of resets off and on throughout the years.

6.UCN
Never could quite be the top Dog in any reset, but was usually near the top. They consistantly were a top 3 alliance for years and years.

7.TGA
1:death 3:1, whever they wanted as a policy they could enforce. Gradually they became less active and members spread out over a number of alliances

8.IX
the time that they were in their topform wasn't as long as many other alliances... also I'm only including IX as that's when it was at its strongest between EoS/Monks/IX names

9.SOL
I agree, during the NoCal time period


10.Arrow
situated politically well, combined with very large numbers... they were a group that people tried to avoid when they were at their peak.

erm... this is not since the start of EE, this is basically the second half of EE. I agree with the alliances you have on, with the exception of MD which is interchangeable with LCN.

MD wasn't even around in the beginning, SoF was a joke for a long long time (3 reset grudge war vs ICN of all alliances which they didn't even conclusively win), it's not really that conclusive that SoF should be above SOL who've been consistent but recently well below SoF. (and Evo's triple crown period is probably as impressive as SoF is today)

very likely, i didnt start until a number of resets into ee and missed those days.

oh yeah I was about to say Elitez at their peak was pretty dominant, even though it was partly due to rampant cheating...

Elitez was a strong alliance (due to cheating) but they never had the political power to deserve being mentioned with most of the alliances Silver listed.

Elitez was strong but I couldn't see them at their peaks ever being as strong as the others on the Top 10.

An arguement could be made for Elitez, OOA, TIE, Rage, LCN for 11th. Omega I'd place around 16th. 17-20 is a toss-up as well.

TIE was dominate for a while the netting ability of TIE. They couldn't fight themself out of a wet paper bag. Eternal war and Croaker leaves 3 days later.

Don't forget RAGE they were pretty bad ass

If you are talking about individual haydays you can't leave out PDM. When PDM first started and both Comwood and New Horizon were active I would have to say we were one of the most politically influential alliances in the game. Took TNW during several competitive netting sets. We were also undefeated in war until the 2nd TIL war. Not to mention PDM was one of the few alliances (maybe the only one) to have fought the old RD / bot wars and survived.

PDM fell off during the bot wars and has had too laid back of playing style since EE started so I wouldn't put us up there all time but from 01-04 I would put us near the top.

SoL is ranked too high :) classic line.

and you have to have Raqe on there, was one of the first mega member tags and always in a scrap.

SoF feared the league, they must be one of the most powerful. :)

It would be nice if we could get the final clan rankings and war stats from the last 15 plus years and create an educated guess from it. I wonder if anyone has anything saved in the archives.

If you ask me IRON before they merged with genisis to create STEEL should be in the top 10 around the 2003 era. They were strong and always fighting TIE.

I'd put Rage ahead of Arrow on any list. I'm surprised that MD during the Samoan years is not getting more love (they were in manny ways the first modern power alliance). I would not even put Rock in the Same league as Laf, as much as it galls me, Laf is the only tag that has pretty much been a player every set the game has existed, besides if they are #1, RD kind of wins by proxy.

I this IX at one time was really one of the best clans in the game.

I joined RDjr for a reset a long time ago.

In terms of the most influential alliance in the game ever, I'd have to say RD had the most influence.

They ruined many clans, drove tons of players away, and have legendary status as evil.

That is... when they were allowed to cheat as they did. Now they are good people i guess.

The wayback machine has almost all of the old Earth2025 final ranking on it. And eestats has all the EE rankings. I used them when I was getting stats for PDM's reunion reset.
