Kim Jong Il is like Castro. We've tried killing the two of them for so long and had nothing work, we decided to let them die of old age. Maybe then both countries would get a leader who won't ruin them financially and politically.

KJI was a crazy mofo and he bred his kids to be crazy mofo's too. His 3rd son was the one who best represented KJIs ideologies. That's why he is taking over. Usually the power transfers go to the oldest, unlest your oldest is a pansie.

In this case, sons 1 and 2 enjoyed flowers and seafood a little too much....if you catch my drift...

Close, Requiem. Kim Jong Nam, the eldest, tried to go to Tokyo Disneyland under a fake passport in 2001 and was caught.

The second son, Kim Jong Chol, was view as too much of a girlie man based on some poetry he wrote saying in a perfect world, there would be nuclear bombs or war and he'd kill all the terrorists and stop all the drug users.

Kim Jong Un, the third son, is very much his father's son.

How can anyone possibly know what Kim Jong-Un is like?

We have no method of gaining insight. There's practically no information on the man, and we have no knowledge of what his opinions on recent North Korean foreign policy has been.

I'm not at all convinced that Jong-Un will be any better than his father. But that's not the same as being the same. Jong-Il wasn't any better than Jong-Sun -- but they were very different people who ruled the country in very different ways.
