Well oil prices got to 4200 in alliance a some people had to buy that mid kill run.

Having a PM with oil would help in those cases

its better with a bigger market, usually its just interesting rather than problematic but im not against a lower cap

its the floor that would be a big change if it was made a lot higher

since right now its the most volatile strat which compensates for no tech requirements
