So to summarize:

Ivan is mad about suiciders and will be recollecting land as per SOF's 2-stepping policy.

Anoneim is mad that SOF will be taking the land as he doesn't like the policy and will retal accordingly.

Ivan counters that anoneim has not honored the pact, a UNAP, that anoneim has accused him of attempting to void/break by taking the aforementioned retals.

Ivan says he will suicide EVO if they will not honor SOF policy.

Anoneim becomes outraged that Ivan said he would send suiciders at EVO.

The entire conversation then spins in a circle going nowhere.

Aponic's summary has it slightly wrong: Ivan hasn't said that Evo is dishonoring the terms of the uNAP, not even he is stupid enough to try to invent terms into it.

So instead of "Ivan counters that anoneim blahblahblah", it's *insert logical step that only Ivan understands*. Then the rest of the summary stands.

Suiciders farm SoF and only SoF.
Evo takes advantage of the fact by camping the news and hitting the Suiciders preventing SoF from getting there land back.
SoF is angry at EVO. New Policy comes into effect. "Don't fluff with us or we will fluff you"
EVO talks smack.

SoF gets scared... and backs down. LOL
