Good storage = excuse not to introduce decay into oil.

Oil unlike cash and bushels is not as great to stockpile as the market value crashes near the end of the reset. As a result decay is not needed.

Why don't we get oil when we capture land? surely there are some marsh land that we capture :O

Not posting on AT as much because Maki/Steeps gave back some of my forums on GHQ. RIP my decade long blog, my blog even had replies from people who are no longer with us :(.

BP is still around. There were rumors Shell might consume them but at this point I am guessing that won't happen.

Oil shouldn't/doesn't decay simply because oil is an entirely speculative market in the game, there is no bottom price like there is for bushels, and no guideline price like there is for other mil.

Too much oil and oilers starve. To little Oil and oilers strive.

as for oilers though, I was raging hard at them earlier in the set when they kept selling for like 80$ to 90$

Cheapest barrel I've sold all set has been 140$. highest so far has been 200, but I don't over extend myself so I absolutely HAVE to sell oil to run my country, I keep reserves so that oil is a bonus :) and I can make all the war countries cry by setting a premium on the pump.

Nope, but I could get a list. I once met a kid who was in Camelot, then I shot him with a paintball....
