Neo is not RD. None of the leadership is the same. None of the RD leadership went to Neo.

And everyone including Mr RD himself knows that him being the hFA doing the triple tap is far different from a normal member.

Not the leadership from RD maybe, just the regular RD members in Neo and Laf conducting FA amongst themselves individually.

Though the RD in Neo even as regular members seem to already hold control / great sway in Neo it seems after just joining.

Is Neo going to be renamed?
