Well in all fairness the beginning of the new rules does include the past; but, the thread is discussing the future. Remarking on how or what TEAM was on day 1 is completely irrelevent. My referencing is marked at the beginning of the new rules. Anything before that is pointless.

Tella & the admins are not budging from changing that, so why even discuss it? The whole point is to discuss new ideas with those limitations.

you keep trying to add rules to a broken mandate to fix it, we want to remove the mandate because it isnt a problem anymore.

try really hard to understand that. the best way to fix this server is to un-fluff it. not fluff it even more with red tape.

Archaic, you don't need to be part of the Beta Sigma Psi to come up with solutions for the server. Just look at the page Tella posted. He posted a very simple question: And all veterans of this server, with all their experience can't get past the first hurdle.

Some of you get annoyed that Tella is even considering my solutions, but the problem is, I'm the only one giving suggestions inside his parameters. That's the advantage I have over you old timers.

The main issue with team is that it tends to be very cliquey (sp??). The most avaiable players from various servers "team up" on this server and not much can be done about it with the current rules in place.

That was exactly what I intended on assemling my current team. Outside of Villians and on par with Elders, may have done too good of a job.

I don't know what can be done to fix team to make it fun for everyone. The first step would be to stop bringing issues form others servers onto team. Aggravaging when peeps justify their actions based on actions from another server. There are server people that are being targeted that had nothing to do with what ever vengeance that is being sought.

I try to net generally, and I think I would prefer all-explore to having to work for land from bots. Bots are a lot of work to farm. Once they are there, like in Express, you are forced to do all that work to farm the bots if you want to compete. If I want to go after bots I]d rather just have it there in Express and leave Team bot-free.

Maybe it would allow the netters to have atleast 1 good netting set in 5 before you fluff all over them. Then they might stay on the server.

I like ford. He and I have locked horns a few times, but he has remained one of the few genuinely stand up guys around here, salt and all. He's wrong about the military industrial complex, but I can forgive him for that. I can never forgive him for his and TANs artificially inflated post counts though.
