3 grabs is pretty risky, I try not to hit any1 more than once but you could probably get away with 2 hits if you want to live dangerously. Like others have said, you just never know how someone will respond in tourny.

I was mainly curious about the start-up part. I figured it wouldn't be a good strat for Express but was hoping I could figure out a good oiler start up for other servers if oiler was added to pm as well.

Standard strikes: "The percentage of land you receive depends on the size of your opponent (bigger opponents yield a higher pecentage of land), but successive attacks bring lower returns. "

That is no longer the case is it?

Also shouldn't planned assualt be planned strike to match "standard strike?"

Lastly it says under the planned assault section: "However, because of the planning, your offensive forces get a 50% bonus in attack strength." I could be wrong but I thought the bonus was closer to 35%.

Well we don't go around grabbing by accident ;)

We have been warring all set so we probably just have a lot of members grabbing cause it's too late for all-x. I am sure one of our leaders will be by shortly to talk with ya tho :)

our policy has been to limit hits to 5 per tag per 24hrs has there been more hits than that? (I am not sure what clan you are in sof maybe?)

you do realize that "topfeeding" doesn't really work anymore cause land gain is maximized by hitting at equal nw. So if he was a lot smaller than you when he hit just send a thank you note for not waiting and hitting once he was closer in nw ;) Now if he was an all jetter that's a different story but since we just got out of a war I doubt he is offense heavy.

well let's break it down mobzta...

1 kill takes roughly 200 hits (assuming the countries are pretty small). So to get 1,000 kills you would need 200,000 hits. Thats means you need 400,000 turns assuming you are not a tyranny in which case it would only be 200,000 turns but because of readiness you would have to spend 250,000 turns regaining readiness.

Now, if the set lasts 2 months and you log in once every day you would get 84 turns per day (if you always got the bonus turns 3*24,+12) which means you could play 5040 (84*60) turns in 1 country per set. So to get 450,000 turns you would have to have 89.28 countries (450,000/5040). Technically you could log in every 18hrs and get a few more but you also can't hit before turn 100, would have to spend some doing spy ops, would need some to sell on the market, etc... so lets just stick with the 84 number.

The only way you get get 1k kills would be if you had other people hitting and you just got the kill shots.

It is a common teaching that starting a sentence with "and" is a no no but hat has changed somewhat recently as it has become more common but it is still grammatically wrong in most cases. I guess it really just boils down to whether or not your writing needs to be technically correct or just abide by common usuage. In most cases, starting a sentence with "and" would be fine.

well when you are making 10 restarts a day its not surprise that someone would forget to tag up a few.

Plus they gave me a good laugh. I came oop waiting for an FA package and they must have been waiting cause i started getting hit right away. then when started walling they moved to ABs... on a country at turn 100. lol probably a new member ;)

I really hope that's not true. We certainly don't want to drive anyone from the game. However, we are a war clan and if we don't every war then most of our members would leave. War is a major part of the game and for me is def. the most fun. Pan was just barely bigger than us before the FS and in my experience Pan has always given a great war so you made a perfect target for a good war. Sure we coulda picked on a smaller clan but where is the fun in that?

Oh, and as for not having time to wall. It seemed like every country I hit last night was online. lol Maybe our leaders just picked a bad fs time ;)

If you guys would get together and put up a fight you might find that warring is more fun that you remember.
