best strat for indy huh...

I think should get your industrial as much as you can at early stage.

For me attacking at early stage is no point, i personally prefer get all weapon and industrial as much as possible at early stage.

Start to attacking from the second day which the best is from turn 850 onward. If you don't want to get suicides, try to hit once only(unless free land) and GDI is the best option.

I think Commy Indy is the strongest strategy in Express but not for other server.

Ok, that mean you can't hit the same player twice in the express, else they can suicide anytime they want to.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.
