well, mostly I made this post as a joke not actually thinking it is you running multies, but the group you run with (or ran with recently). You respond to the ribbing though, so it makes AT more eventful for everybody. I dont actually believe you ran multies, we established last set that it wasnt you, but the guys in your clan. it was fun then to point it out because of the hilarious predicament you were in having just relentlessly posted for days about the "cheaters" that exploited the bug and the lack of accountability from leadership for it only to then happen to your clan, across multiple servers. that is funny.

you were just the most vocal from your side of the war so it made for an easy target, plus you throw it back, even if its weak, you punch back. that is all. nothing personal from me at least. you would actually probably be fun to have on our side. it was disappointing to watch the way you got treated last set by LaF.

They just waiting for the bots to start teching so they can exploit the bots being WAY too influential in the server and some other clan to "blindside" into the war...the reset is young.

In the meantime they do 2 min kill runs on 200k nw countries. This is about what I expected to be the outcome when they lemming ABd for the FS.

That's the only way to play. My teenage/young adult years were lived in a town with some of the top rated courses in the country. Naturally, I played quite a bit of disc golf. Not good, but had a lot of fun.

In United States constitutional law, false statements of fact are assertions, which are ostensibly facts, that are false. Such statements are not always protected by the First Amendment. Often, this is due to laws against defamation, that is making statements that harm the reputation of another.

This is true, and to complicate it further, there needs to be a level of malicious intent. If you knowingly spread false information it is much different, legally, than spreading false information that you actually believe to be true.

Galleri, if I exploit a bug to gain resources and then before my country is discovered and deleted, I break a country during a kill run, what should happen? Should they get their country back, or is it just collateral damage?

Just something to think about/consider going forward in changing or adding rules and policies.

Id even argue that the countries #599 and #558 hit (even broke a couple of them) post- exploit should be reinstated. Ill let my leaders and those directly impact deal with that though.

Also, WZ and Suicidal were forthcoming after the glitch. I commend them for being honest and owning to what happened and accepting the consequences.

I have yet to see that from these two LaF players.

Also, thanks galleri for volunteering as tribute to be the cannon fodder last night trying to calm things down. While it got heated, we needed some sort of message from the mods/dev team, so thanks for that.

the only reasonable explanation would be that they fixed the techer bots from just storing cash to be exploited by netters and had them buy goods (oil). I would assume though, that if they did that, they would have made a post to let the community know that 1.) the bots were being modified mid set and 2) bots are now going to buy goods they have not been programed to buy thus far. neither of which happened, so that seems unlikely.

yeah, if we are purpling countries for exploiting hitting glitch (which i agree with), we need to purple them for exploiting the market too. it was clearly done. I dont care who did it, which side they were on, or if it was neutral netting tags, but they need to be purpled.

The blindside takedown/mass deletion and bans of RD. Changed the course of the game and was the beginning of the wedge that began the split of the SoF/LaF/MD alliance. SoL had the task of taking about 5 full sets of beatdowns in a row waiting out the long game of this plot playing out.
