How about this for a retal policy. In Primary some guy hits me, I retal, he RoR's 2x. I throw him some AB's, he AB's my tourney country. (same names)

How much of a fluff do you have to be to retal in a different server?

So we just keep trading PS's? I did a SS and a PS back to back and the declare war option came up on the attack drop down menu but when I clicked it and hit "send attack" I got an error message.

I attacked a country a month ago. He retals and sends an annoying message. I want to declare war for the late retal. How do I do that? He's in GDI.
