2. To declare war, the clan must at least have 1/3rd the amount of members of the clan they wish to go to war with. Clan wars should be started by a clan, not by an independent country.

If I have one country in weedylar can anybody declare war on me at any time even though I've done nothing to them?

Those are bad examples. In all of them the computer plays back. I don't sit there for nba playing practice. Sid meirs I'd lose a city for not defending it (I always leave Philadelphia undefended just for you) amd in Tom clancy wildlands I don't aim at a target, but get shot at and killed (often)

Hoping for a return of strawberry zorp is forever weedylar, regardless of what tag- I've bequeathed weedylar to zorp in my will.
