An intersection in Tucson at Oracle and River is the worst place for red light cameras in my personal experiences. At each corner there are places where people are constantly pulling into so most of the red light runners were snapped at the end of the intersection because some vehicle would slow down to like 5 MPH to make a turn into Red Lobster or something, causing all of the traffic in the intersection to have to stop and wait.

Most of the people snapped didn't run the red light but got stuck at the end of the intersection just waiting 2-3 seconds for someone to turn. I just avoided that intersection altogether and as a result I'd say every intersection around the area got busier.

I'm content with speed cameras since with speeding it is black and white for the most part; you were going 11MPH over the speed limit or you weren't. The red light ones just don't seem to take into account problems that can occur out there.

I don't get it, I don't see anyone in SancT complaining.

If you knowingly have HIV and don't tell a partner prior to intercourse you're an awful human being and deserve worse punishment than someone who quickly killed by a violent assault. A victim's failure to use a condom is no excuse and surely if a female (or male) is informed the potential partner is infected he/she wouldn't be touching that even if the male was wearing 10 condoms.

I'm not an FA so I don't want to talk about it step by step like this on AT nor have it perceived as being such. It should be pointed out though that the last retal is recorded in BC as a double send but I only retaled once.

He retaled citing my second retal (the SS) to be the reason. At this point FA was contacted (the start of this thread) and an agreement was made by PDM leadership to allow us to take L:L. From this point onwards all hits prior are considered discussed and dealt with and can't be used for argument in this case. It sounds like you personally don't agree with what Detmer agreed to but nevertheless PDM gave authorization. I took my first retal of the L:L and decided just take one and we can all be happy. He RoRed that hit anyways so I've taken one grab as of now.

Well, I am the one being grabbed by #743. As your theory goes I could have gone by what Detmer authorized for the original RoR, which was L:L. But I didn't -- I went 1:1 and came back with -1500 land and was willing to call it even.

This instance has nothing to do with retal policy as yours does but I feel they're sort of similar situations. To me it just sort of seems I tried to be friendly throughout the unwanted exchange of hits and PDM has had no problem taking advantage of it. Sounds just like #743. 150%L:L, only took SS to keep it from going high over 150%. He RoRs and we are authed to take L:L. Only take 1 PS (not L:L) and he RoRs the authed hits without reason. Hmm.

No idea why Americans keep voting Reps and Dems. It's too bad they're the only parties the media pushes and I'm flabbergasted people think that by voting the same way year after year that they honestly believe something is going to change. lol thanks. I'm just shocked and overwhelmed really. I have many questions in my head. Had I not been moving that day my mom would have gone to that meetup to discuss public education with Giffords (my mom is an elementary teacher). I remember listening to the automated message on our answering machine. I wonder, would Jared have shot my mother? She was always kind to him, read his stories, and she has had trouble sleeping because she remembers Jared growing up for years. I also wonder, why did Jared not just give that taxi driver all the money without change? It's not as if Jared has much use for money anymore. I saw an interview with Zach Osler talking to GMA. Zach also played E:2025 for like a set with us. It was upsetting to listen to what he said about how we let him go and never really looked back. I'm embarrassed to see Zach crying on national television but at the same time I share his feelings.

At the same time he and some fool named Zane I have never heard of are talking ill about Jared's parents. I'll say it to anyone who will listen: Jared's parents are some of the nicest people you could hope to meet and not many kids are lucky enough to have parents like them. His home was described as "unpleasant" and "dark." Yes, his home was dark but not for one minute was anyone ever unwelcome in that house. You couldn't enter through the front door because it was blocked off by all the expensive musical instruments Jared's parents purchased for him. He was spoiled really. Every day I wake up, as well as my mother, his parents are some of the first people I think of. It really sickens me how people who have been in their home can go on the record saying bad things about them. I had many good memories with Jared and his family. I'm so sorry Jared made them his victims as well. In recent years I know Jared had a difficult relationship with his parents, and that is no ones fault but his.

I am upset about some comments Zach's parents have made. His parents work for the AZ Department of Corrections (or they did as far as I know).

Galleri you did not see me on the news. I have refused any interviews. I have made email correspondence with WSJ, WashingtonPost, and spoke to NBC briefly on the phone. Since then I have not been speaking with media. I'm contemplating releasing 5 photos of Jared because I have received many requests for images of him but I doubt I will at this point until things die down (or if I ever decide to).

I need to clarify, Jared and I were friends for most of my life but throughout the past year we rarely spoke due to the fact I saw he was mental.

I've been getting harassed from news agencies for a while and today have really decided I'd say some things and tell some of Jared's stories. I'm amazed every time I see his 11th grade photo on the news.
