RaTS get with Despi, he has the message logs. That was a reason we were mad. Not because they pacted ICD but because Styke lied about it. FDP's don't lie to each other. They lost that with us and as a result we were going to downgrade the pact. We never got a chance.

Yes Despi, we have been killing off untags and even helped kill a few with ICD to try and keep the server clean of suiciders. We at least drew some of the fire from other alliances. They focus on us because we are killing them instead of ruining a netting set. Yet you still want to talk fluff to me because your that classy. Classy Despi FTW.

Ok Despi, I know we are not the greatest at war....but if we were FSing you would be able to tell. There would be some dead countries. That is a retarded thought.

I have copies of messages sent to her and when I did get a response it was only to say that she had not been able to get with JJ because of her absence. So yes you are wrong on both accounts.

Every alliance has members that make dumb hits when under the influence of adult beverages. Thats all that happened. We were not even consulted about the FS on DoM. I got a message from Mufassa that they were going to do it. By the time I got the message they had already hit.

Last set Ares had pacts with both alliances. This set however the lack of leadership over at SOTA failed to sign one. We made several attempts at the end of last set and this set to get one signed. Stryke went inactive for health and other reasons but no one stepped up in her absence. Because of some deception on her part from last set we were going to downgrade out pact to uNAP. So not only do we not have an FDP, we don't have a pact at all. Ares denounces the FS on DoMstyle and we highly suggest a CF if DoM so chooses to allow one.

You don't get jail time for DWI 1st in Texas. You can take jail time if you want to avoid probation. Ive seen some do 10-30 days to avoid two years of probation.

What will likely happen if you plea guilty. 12-24 months probation, DL suspended 90-180 days (Depending on if you refused to give a breath/blood sample) Interlock in your car is not likely on a DWI 1st but the judge can order it. DWI education course, Victim Impact Panel, community service, license re-instatement fee, court costs, fine, lawyer fees. It's the most expensive misdemeanor in Texas. Will cost you anywhere from 10-17K depending on if you plea guilty or not. Ive seen some spend 2,000 to a crap lawyer but you expect all of the above. You get what you pay for as far as DWI Lawyers.

Oh and it's going to take at least 7 months to get a final plea. You loose your license 40 days after your arrest.

This has been brought up by several members of FFA for the last several sets. Every set a few players will create countries, jump out of protection, hit with harmfull attacks, and delete. I am asking for a 72 hour time frame that prevents deleteing countries after an attack.

He Grabbed us, we retalled, saw your DOW and that he was RoRing and making threats so we killed the one country. He ABed and CMed countries that were not involved in the KR. We took out three more to reduce the threat. Sorry, didn't want him to have enough to kill a country.

Ares was asked to Police for PANLV and agreed to do so. The numbers were even and Ares did not see a reason and was not asked to step in. PANLV asked NBK to step in for their own reasons. Im not here to approve or disapprove actions. Just that we have no plans to step any further into this event. Trash talk all you want but Ares is washing our hands of this. We are not needed to take any further action.

I guess someone from ARES should chime in here. Funny how we can get two pages of trolls when we made like three posts.

We signed a cease fire uNAP with ICD. A few ICD members jumped ship and went over to mercs. Obvious it was planing to war someone and options were limited with their size. We had no pact and figured we would strike first before they did. Turns out we were not their intended target.

Sometimes in this game Clans make mistakes. It happens. But it's not like we hit a netting tag. These were war countries, some of which we were at war with before the Cease Fire with ICD. A resonable person could see that as a threat. So troll all you want but we are just playing the game. We have already agreed to a cease fire with mercs so cheers..... See you on the battle field.
