i'm not to blame, those who were dealing just talked alot (lots of talk not so much actions).

just under 5 years.

i have no idea how many members each of alliance who took part on that convo but 20ish per alliance is quite safe assumption, if merging had happened it would been super-alliance.

NAPs are basically worthless and no1 signs those.

UNAP is unbreakable but many have clause terms on those saying if alliance pacted with unap declares war on ldp/fdp pacted alliance then that unap-pact can be called void.

easy to test at FFA, create 3 countries and ally 1st 2 with eachothers and put 2nd on vac. and attack with 3rd to 1st.

allies forces should help even at vac. mode but haven't read about that anywhere.

several smallish alliances merging as 1 big alliance (100ish members at that time) but due 1 being stubborn merging failed and all tags vanished and only CWG returned for a while until they moved to Mars.

very few of those who took part on that convo still play.
