What is the best way to spend bonuses? My thought is that turns are the limiting factor, so spending bonuses to gain turns is ideal.

4 extra turns for 60 days is 240 extra turns. If I use those teching, I feel like it would outweigh the other potential benefits.

Is it best to stay Monarchy for a while or switch straight to a government?

Kinda hard to believe that when I started playing this game, the actual year 2025 was 27 years away. My friends didn't have 18 year old kids with drivers license and can beat me at basketball.

I also lived with my parents when life was very fun, unimportant and easy... the good old days.
