So it's not necessarily who put their order in first, but who received part of their order most recently?

Let's say that multiple people have put an order on the market at the same price. What determines who gets the lowest priced goods, or the order of receiving the goods in general?

Another example, at different order prices, I want business tech at $2,000 and someone already has an order on the market at $1,800, so I place my order for tech at $2,000 and it becomes active. Tech then becomes available for sale at $1,700. Who gets that tech first and why?

I play all explore so I'm glad you moved on. This set was a little better in terms of not getting hit as much, but someone nailed me a little bit towards the end before I got to run turns today, and of course when I looked at their country they were dead. Seems some people are just looking to spoil someone else's efforts, which looks like what happened to you.

The tech market can be extremely hit and miss, this set ended up being pretty decent. Oil was actually fairly abundant this set, which probably helped fuel attacks on actual players.

You seem to have a good thing going with the CI strats.

Also, I think the oil bonus for fascist governments is inaccurate. It says 75% but in-game the government description shows a 50% oil bonus.
