Guess for the remainder of the set ill have to run spy expenses as my highest expense with like a 50-80 spal

(edit) id like to note that that bushel damage was with about 6m bushels on hand. If someone had all their bushels on hand. say 50m or even 100m. Id hate to see the damage done.

Also since the bushels stolen is 1/4 of the bushels destroyed, id call that a harmful spy op, and GDI should protect you. Either that or the bushel loss should be based on the attackers bushels on hand, kind of like the Troops spy op works

So attackers already have the upper hand. So if u cant break a country with 3 Off allies, then you dont deserve to break that country.

Its part of the game and people will find other ways of getting someone to number 1 if they cant do buyouts.

A few things id like to add to. Firsly i like the sound of a max to stop buyouts.

No max on bushels. Cause people stock bushels on the market. So buyouts there dont really happen. And if they did they would need to go through a fair amount of people.

And oil used to be the main buyout item anyway, so not putting a cap on that would just make everyones buyouts go back to that.

Tech id keep the max floor at say $4000 or $5000, cause even at the end of the set military tech is often fairly expensive and so is SDI for late wars.

Finally id leave military at atleast 25% higher then normal Private market. For instance i often see military such as troops around $200 right at the end of the set

Thomas i know you can fail any op even if your spal is greater. Just saying odds of only failing the market op?? And why would you continue once the country knows you have spied them. Doesnt make sense.

But why would they catch his spies doing one market op, but then not catch him at all while doing 3 bushel raids. It would suggest that he should have got caught doing the bushel raids at least once if it was the same country.

It appears to have created double the countries for me. Look at countries and statistics. Then go to Countries on FFA server.

Says i have 32 countries for this set. While i only have access to the 16 countries and have only played 16 (as in when i log in, i cant see those extra 16). While the other 16 are still on the 4k starting nw.
