Yeah I have spoken to a few players about something similar to this recently, and most are accepting of it.

Having a "pre-warning" eliminates the need for something like huge expences because you are given fair warning of stuff coming your way, in game which is a first..

So I appreciate a decent conversation about this on here so long as you all dont start slagging each other off again..

TBH its a call most people could have made. Any company on the market with decent research depts and big bankroll could do what they are doing, and they are not alone.

But I'm glad some of you are more well of because of it. and hopefully when it goes to market it doesn't cost you $20k per vial.

So, if you have military in your country then it makes each turn more expensive.. also if you have a high NW (for other reasons) same thing happens..

It could also be that your income is lower due to other formulations..

Yeah, but does a re-count actually change the outcome?

think about the states within 1-2%, the ones with more than 5% difference are not even worth counting.. because there is no way there would be 00k's of votes that have been misrepresented..

hence the need for radical change.

America isn't the only country that has this issue, BUT some countries that bit the bullet earlier and have raised minimums and up'd millionaire taxes have benefited greatly.. Businesses didn't just up and close, and they still have millionaires and billionaires.. but they are willing to pay their fair share of taxes.

I think that greed has a lot to do with the current issues in the world and fixing that is the key to actually opening up barriers, while also allowing people to actually "have a go" when there is a job that actually pays them enough to pay for food and rent.

and what do you do for work now that has allowed you to buy all those things?

And lastly.. Is it possible for any one during these days to do that still? I'm not saying you didn't work hard, and you probably worked your ass off to get to where you are today.. but really if a few things didn't go your way would you have ended up in the same place?

There's the problem.

People on started to struggle when the rules around pay rises were changed, in the 70's and 80's.. and this is the problem..

What once allowed a newly minted college student to afford a house and small mortgage wouldn't even allow them to make a minimal rent and pay for food now. let alone start a family.. oh and on the topic of education, how dare a bunch of entitled old fluffs who got their college degree's paid for by the government blame the millennials or others for not being able to get an education to work those jobs (that barely exist) that will cover expenses and allow them to grow as humans.

I think hawk has shown that he really is a grump old man at this point, and there is no point beating a dead horse.. so I'm going to leave it there.

in fact trump blamed him for not "telling people to wear a mask if its so great".. but given that Biden holds no power, I'm not exactly sure why he would tell people to wear a mask legally because he isnt the rule maker, that WAS Trump..

and yes thats exactly it.. If you were to bring tax change and make him pay tax on his stock holdings of (company) then yes he would sell stock to pay it which isnt good..

But at the same time when his stocks lose the american tax payer is going to cover his losses because all of his stock options are in a company name, not individual..

yeah, smart is what most people would call it.. how ever they are taking away the ability for the government to tax and credit areas that they need to.

Think about what a decent influx of new construction would do in most area's if they hired "Americans" and gave them a proper working wage.. That kind of money flow is what built most of America (and other countries). You can say the economy is the backbone of the country and at the same time give most of the economy a free ride when it comes to taxes..

And also, Writing down stock options is how you get paid money from the government at tax time.. you claim the losses as personal losses and then the tax dept gives you a credit.. how is that even a real issue when you didn't pay tax to buy the stocks, or pay tax to cash them out (most people sell to offshore tax havens to return their capital)

yes every country should look to their own first.. but having stupid tax law that allows people like trump to pay 750 dollars in tax is absolutely ridiculous.. I mean Australia isn't much better, which I of course fight every election because why allow people to pay nothing and then claim your country hasn't enough money to look after everyone (that is legally allowed)

Because seeking asylum in a country is not illegal.. if its rejected and you refuse to leave then sure its illegal.. if you force your way across the border then you can be considered illegal BUT if you are refusing to even accept a persons application to be a refugee then you are violating the Geneva convention (of which the border wall with Mexico does this).

Because the issue I have with calling them "illegal" is just that of timing.. If you came from Europe in the beginning of America as i am sure your ancestors did then you are just as illegal as those. Because America was owned land long before the white folk came and took what they thought should be theirs.

Anyway, off topic.. Giving them healthcare.. as in so they could be healthy and be able to "work" towards being a citizen? how much would it actually cost to look after them if they were deemed to have an actual chance at being a refugee?
