Except for Construction Sites, you can build 69 buildings per turn.
Construction Sites require one turn each.
With your resources, you can build -3 buildings.
Stop being a baby - looking at the logs, just cause someone has no defense, you double tap with retals, you pay consequences. Grow up and learn the game, #17 did nothing wrong - you played terribly.
Is there any strategy around getting things onto the market faster? Do particular governments have a faster time-to-market, or does it help using additional turns to put smaller amounts onto the market?
